We spent an evening out near Scholl's - near the original 'a pizza scholl's' location - on Dave's and Jenna's 72 acres. The farmer that rents their lands has been growing wheat; I've been there for the planting, mid way and now near harvest. Wheat is such a complex and controversial plant as well as such a symbol of nutrition and health. I love the dichotomy of wheat and what it looks like visually.
